Which data the app İmhotep Mobilya uses to manage its own Pinterest account can access, and how that data is used.
Scope and data controller
This policy covers Imhotep Mobilya Pin Manager, the app İmhotep Mobilya uses to manage its own Pinterest business account (@imhotepmobilyaa). The app is an internal tool used only by the İmhotep Mobilya team; no other Pinterest users authorize it, and it is not offered to any other person or company. Data we access
With the permissions granted by Pinterest, the app accesses only the data of the account owned by İmhotep Mobilya:
- the account profile (username, board and Pin counts),
- the account's boards and Pins (title, description, link, image),
- account and Pin analytics (aggregate counts such as impressions, saves and clicks).
It does not access the personal data of other Pinterest users, and it does not collect or store such data.
How we use the data
- To publish our own product and project photos as Pins that link to the matching product page on our website,
- to create and organize our own boards,
- to read our own account's analytics to understand which content people find useful.
The app never publishes a Pin on its own: every Pin is individually selected and approved by a member of our team before it is published.
Storage and security
Pin, board and account data read from Pinterest is not stored permanently; it is read again from Pinterest when needed. Only aggregate figures from our own account's analytics (for example, monthly impressions) go into our internal reports. The access tokens issued by Pinterest are kept as secret variables in an environment that only our authorized team can access; they never appear on any web page or in source code.
Sharing
Data obtained through this app is not shared with third parties, not sold, and not transferred elsewhere for advertising.
Revoking access and your rights
