CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS
Within 3 days after the sales contract is made, Customer Service is called, cancellation notification confirmation confirmation is received, contract and other documents are delivered to the company and canceled.
You can not cancel products if you have a special order (special fabric cover, change of size, change of color of wood or foot, change of corner direction etc.).
If the warranty conditions of the products, cleaning and maintenance procedures are not complied with and can not be canceled due to user error.
Your fee will be made within 15 working days after your cancellation request is received and if it is in compliance with the cancellation conditions.
REFUND REQUIREMENTS
Within 14 days, you are entitled to product benefit except in the following cases.

Hygienic products: personalized products (bedding, pillows, textile products) according to their structure. Such products can not be taken for hygiene reasons
The product may be returned free of charge within 30 days if there is a problem originating from the product that is different from the delivery date.
For transported products: The returned goods belong to the buyer with shipping cost; This fee is 250 TL for Ankara and 3.5 TL for every km outside Ankara.
Outlet products are not refundable. For this reason, you can find detailed information about our outlet products at our store.
The product measure does not fit into the home: We specify product measures, the return is outside our return conditions, as it does not fit the measure of your home. Please ask us before purchasing the product, before ordering important checks, such as product measurements, portable in your apartment, measurements of the place to be found, measurements of passing doors.
