WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery of the furniture.
All parts of the furnitures are guaranteed by our company.
If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the repair time will be added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods can not exceed 30 business days.
In case of malfunction due to material and workmanship, or due to erroneous assemblies within the guarantee period of the goods, repairs will be made without any charge under the name of the labor cost, the changed part price or any other name.
Our products will not be covered by any of our products that have been installed by persons or organizations other than Imhotep assembly members or that have been interfered with for any other reason.
As natural wooden furniture grows darker depending on their age, cracking can be seen, and this factor may be especially evident in light colored and patina products. This is not regarded as a quality defect.
The use of these products on wet floors and gardens is not covered by the warranty in areas where sunlight is dense.
Defects that occur in wooden furniture, in soft groups (seat, chair etc.) 50c and depending on the use of equipment and containers, are not covered by the guarantee.
Save the gift, your delivery card, and the instruction manual. If there is a problem with the product, our Service will take this information as basis. Documents and invoices are invalid.
Defects resulting from unauthorized use of the products in the instructions for use are not covered by the guarantee
